To the LEFT of your horizontal scroll bar are FIVE tools that allow you to view your document in FIVE different ways
1 Move your mouse OVER the first tool and a text box TELLS you it is Normal View
2 Move your mouse OVER the second tool and a text box TELLS you it is Web Layout View
3 Move your mouse OVER the third tool and a text box TELLS you it is Print Layout View
4 Move your mouse OVER the fourth tool and a text box TELLS you it is Outline View
5 Move your mouse OVER the fifth tool and a text box TELLS you it is Reading Layout View
The most popular views are Normal (Microsoft Word's default view) and Print Layout
You are going to view your document in Normal view
6 Click Normal View (first tool)
