| If you have an existing domain name and want to
transfer it from one web host's SERVERS to another, you need to re-delegate it |
|
| It's easy! There are two things you need to do:
complete and submit Internet Names Australia's online Delegation/Redelegation Form and print,
fill in and FAX their
"authorisation form" |

will not receive any further correspondence with respect to this request. If the Name SERVERS,
as listed on your form, are functioning correctly, the re-delegation will be done |

| When this is done, you will be able to dial up your
domain name on the Internet |

How to Re-Delegate a US domain name (wwwalbum.com) |
|
| You don't have to if Hiway is your web host; they
have a direct account with InterNIC (the US domain name authority) and look after all US domain
name registrations. Re-delegation is done automatically when your domain name is registered.
All you have to do is pay the registration invoice InterNIC emails you. By the way, the US use
the word "propagation" NOT delegation |

concentrate on the design of your web site (see Step 7: Web Site Designer) |
